Objective:
    To assemble the most qualified professional foodservice staff, in order to continue and enhance our tradition of Award Winning Food and Beverage Production and Attentive High Quality Customer Service.

Education:
    Owner is National Restaurant Association Board Member and Certified FMP (Foodservice Management Professional).  We employ 5 State Certified Foodservice Managers.  Staff possesses various levels of graduate, undergraduate, and industry specific degrees in diverse areas of training and study.

Work Experience:

J.R.s Stockyards Inn, Tysons Corner, Virginia, USA, 1978 - present
    Our 220 Seat Fine Dining Steak House is located in Tysons Corner.  We have three dining rooms with a rustic and dark wood atmosphere, a lounge that seats 40 and a banquet room that can accommodate up to 100 guests.  We features Prime Aged Beef, Fresh Seafood, Chicken Salads and an outstanding selection of home made desserts.   Our experienced/Professional servers provide knowledgeable and attentive service.   Numerous awards such as 'Best Beef in Virginia' (3 time winner), 'Best Atmosphere',' Best Steak House', '1994 Restaurateur of the Year - Virginia','1996 Restaurateur of the Year - D.C. Metro Area' are a testimony of our commitment to excellence  Our management team has been together for 20 years and has a combined 150years of foodservice management experience.

J.R.'s Custom Catering, McLean, Virginia, USA, 1976 - present
   From corporate to casual catering, firm serving groups of 100 to 25,000 guests, from backyard BBQ's to Presidential Inaugural events, J.R.'s does it best.  Our staffs of 3 to 150 provide efficient and fast service to any group size. Our award winning food, competently presented in a variety of styles and settings and served with a generous dose of hospitality are just the right combination for a successful event.

J.R.'s Festival Lakes, Leesburg, Virginia, USA, 1982 - present
    Our 110 acre private picnic facility, hosts groups of 100 to 7,000. A variety of menus from Hamburgers & Hot Dogs to Filet & Shrimp make a sumptuous feast for any event.  Our staff of up to 200 seasonal employees, coordinate, organize and execute food service and all activities for corporate events - primarily company picnics. We offer many amenities including 3 lakes (swimming & boating/fishing), golf driving range, softball fields, volleyball, horseshoe & badminton, tractor pulled wagon rides and lots of fun.  We make picnic planning fun and easy.

Colonial Caterers at the Pavilions of Turkey Run
    We market, manage and cater group events for 100 - 800 guests at this private facility with 3 separate picnic pavilions.  Located in the heart of McLean at the Pavilions of Turkey Run, it is the best location in the metro areas for picnics, parties, meetings and team building. Our staff of up to 20 seasonal employees provide full service catering and event management to corporate groups.  An array of activities are provides including volleyball, softball, horseshoes, Tropical Rain Forest, trials for hiking, kids play area and admission to the adjacent Claude Moore Colonial Farm.
